5-Star Vapor encourages you to inspect your items within 14 DAYS from date of purchase for manufacturing defects in which an exchange for the same product may be facilitated. If no such exchange can be made due to lack of product availability, then store credit may be offered as resolve which is at the store's discretion. We will accept returns, exchanges or refunds if the items are sealed, unopened, unused and if the original packaging is in its exact original condition, within 30 DAYS of purchase.

All sales are final for unregulated devices unless there is a manufactured defect in which ill! will replace after inspection.

Under no circumstances will E-Liquid, coils, wire, cotton, drip tips or batteries be accepted for exchange, return or store credit.

Our 14 day in store exchange program does not cover items that have accidental or physical damage such as over-tightening atomizers, water or other physical damage, exposure to the elements, unauthorized modifications, not properly following instructions outlined in your manual whether located in the box or on the manufacturer's website etc.

If you would like to return your eligible item for a return, exchange or replacement please fill out our Contact Form and allow us 1-3 business days to respond accordingly. Any items returned unauthorized will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the owner's expense.

Underage orders policy: Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined above) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This same policy applies for same day local delivery orders. This is absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
