Shipping Policy

ill! Headquarters ships across Canada. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.All Canada Post orders as per Canada Post shipping policies and are picked up next day of order processing.

Due to the cost of shipping being based on weight and destination, shipping fees are calculated at check out once providing your shipping details.

As a consumer it is your responsibility to be aware of your local laws and regulations for any electronic devices, e-liquids and accessories. ill! Headquarters will fulfill our orders as processed, and you will be required to show government issued photo id upon delivery. Failure to do so will result in the order being returned with a 30% restocking fee + shipping charges. ill! Headquarters is not liable for any seizures of your items.

It is our policy to only allow orders purchased via credit card to be shipped to your billing address. These addresses must match or else the order may be cancelled. This is a measurement put in place to avoid fraudulent activities. If the addresses are found not to match, you will be contacted via email to confirm information. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in a cancellation of your order.

Although we do personally package and ship all orders, once the package has been picked up and shipped, we no longer have control. ill! Headquarters is not responsible for damaged, delayed, lost or partially missing orders. In case where this circumstances do arise, we will contact the carrier and do our best to resolve this issue. It is our obligation to fulfill the order, and any issues cause by the delivery service is not our responsibility.
